Subscription Plans
AdStellar offers three subscription tiers designed to grow with your advertising needs.
You can choose between Monthly or Annual billing:
- Monthly Billing — Pay month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
- Annual Billing — Commit to a full year and save 20% on your subscription. Credits are granted monthly.
Billing settings can be managed at any time from Billing & Subscription in the app.

Save 20% when billed annually. Annual plans grant credits monthly at the same cadence as monthly plans.
Pro and Ultra plans include additional creative features: Ad Clone (clone any image or video ad for your brand), Competitor Ad Clone (clone ads directly from Meta Ad Library), Text to Video (generate video ads from a description), and AI Actor + Product (combine an AI actor with your product image to create realistic UGC-style photos). All plans include AI Image Ads from Product URL, Video Ads from Product Page, UGC Avatar Videos, Video Templates, AI Script Generation, Voice Selection, Brand Kit, Products, Projects, and Media Library.
Credit Tiers
Pro and Ultra plans offer multiple credit tiers so you can choose the right amount for your usage.
Pro credit tiers: 500 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 credits per month
Ultra credit tiers: 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 / 20,000 / 30,000 credits per month
You can change your credit tier at any time by opening your workspace menu (top-left) → Billing & Subscription. Moving to a higher tier takes effect immediately, while moving to a lower tier takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
AdStellar allows you to purchase add-ons at any time to expand your team’s capabilities. Add-ons are flexible, instantly applied, and follow the same billing frequency as your subscription (monthly or annual).
Add-On Pricing
- Extra Ad Accounts — $49/month each: Add additional Meta Ad Accounts beyond what your plan includes.
- Extra Team Members — $20/month each: Add more users to collaborate on campaigns, analysis, and account management.
How Add-Ons Are Billed
- Upgrades are prorated. If you add an ad account or team member in the middle of your billing cycle, you’ll only be charged for the remaining time in that cycle for that add-on.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Removing an add-on won’t reduce your current cycle’s charge but will adjust your subscription when the next cycle begins.

Scroll to the Add-Ons section
Click Add or Remove next to the desired add-on
Updated limits appear in your Team Usage panel
AI Credits
What Are AI Credits?
AI credits are the usage currency for AdStellar’s AI-powered features. Credits are consumed when you generate images, videos, launch AI-built campaigns, or chat with the AI Agent.
- Only AI-generated content uses credits.
- Manually created campaigns do not use credits.
AI Credit Costs
Each AI feature has a per-model credit cost. The Canvas confirmation modal always shows the exact cost for your selected model and settings before you generate.

Need higher fidelity for product detail or typography? Premium image models typically deliver sharper detail and better text rendering. Pick your model from the dropdown in the Canvas image generator.

Edits and resizes deduct credits each time a revision or resize is applied.
Video Generation
Each video model has its own credit cost based on duration. Pick the model that matches your creative goal:

Talking Actor (Omnihuman 1.5)
Talking-actor renders use Omnihuman 1.5, which delivers an AI avatar with native lip-sync. Duration is derived from your script length (TTS) or audio file (S2S).

Lip-Sync Render

Lip-sync rendering is an optional step after video generation — see Video Ads for details. AI Agent Chat
Chat with the AI Agent about your performance, strategy, and creatives. Messages use credits based on the work done — simple replies and quick follow-ups are free, and heavier analysis costs more, up to a per-message maximum for each mode:

Credit Expiration
- Credits expire 60 days after they are granted. Use them before they expire.
- Bonus credits never expire. They remain in your account until used.
- When you use AI features, your oldest expiring credits are consumed first, followed by bonus credits.
How Credits Are Granted
Monthly Plans
- Credits are granted on your billing anniversary each month.
- Each grant expires 60 days after it is issued.
Annual Plans
- Credits are granted monthly (not all at once), on the same schedule as monthly plans.
- You receive the same monthly credit amount as the equivalent monthly plan.
- Each monthly grant expires 60 days after it is issued.
Upgrading your plan or credit tier grants you the new allocation immediately. Your existing unexpired credits remain available.
Viewing Your Credit Balance
To check your remaining credits:
Open your workspace menu (top-left) and click Billing & Subscription
Your credit balance is displayed in the AI Credits section
What Happens When You Run Out of Credits?
When your credits are exhausted, AI features are unavailable until you receive your next monthly grant or upgrade your credit tier.
To get more credits:
- Upgrade your credit tier — Move to a higher tier within your current plan for more monthly credits.
- Upgrade your plan — Move from Hobby to Pro or Ultra for more credits and features.
- Wait for your next grant — Credits are granted monthly on your billing anniversary.
Bonus AI Credits
Bonus Credits are extra AI credits you earn by referring friends to AdStellar.
Here’s how it works
When someone signs up using your referral link and starts a paid subscription, you both get 200 bonus credits. You get 200, and your friend gets 200 too. Win-win!
A few things to know:
- They never expire. Unlike your monthly plan credits that expire 60 days after being granted, bonus credits stick around in your account until you use them.
- They’re used second. When you run AI features, we use your oldest expiring plan credits first. Once those run out, we dip into your bonus credits.
- No limit on referrals. Keep sharing your link — every friend that converts means another 200 bonus credits for you.
So if you’re on the Pro plan (500 tier) and you’ve referred two friends, you’d have 500 + 400 = 900 total credits available that month (and those 400 bonus credits carry over indefinitely).

Upgrading
Open your workspace menu (top-left) and click Billing & Subscription
Select your new plan or credit tier
Downgrading
Open your workspace menu (top-left) and click Billing & Subscription
Select a lower plan or credit tier
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Canceling
Open your workspace menu (top-left) and click Billing & Subscription
Click Cancel Subscription
Select a reason for canceling
You’ll retain access until your current billing subscription period ends.
Billing & AI Credit FAQs
Do unused credits roll over?
Credits expire 60 days after they are granted. Any credits not used within that window are forfeited. Bonus credits never expire.
Can I buy credits without a subscription?
No. AI credits are only available to subscribers.
Can I add more than 7 ad accounts?
Yes — ad accounts are $49/month per additional ad account.
How do I get more credits?
You have two options:
- Upgrade your credit tier: Pro and Ultra plans offer multiple credit tiers. Move to a higher tier from your workspace menu > Billing & Subscription for more monthly credits.
- Upgrade your plan: Moving to a higher plan increases your base credit allocation and unlocks additional features.
What counts as a credit?
Credits are consumed based on the AI feature used. See the credit costs table above for exact amounts per feature.
Are there hidden fees?
No. You only pay your subscription plus any team member and ad account add-ons.
